At Avanti, we want you to love your home; if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Please ensure all home goods are returned in their original packaging and unused condition to qualify for processing.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back and receive a return authorization.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes with all protective inserts to prevent damage during transit, and include the printed return slip inside.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
