What is the standard shipping timeframe for furniture?
Most of our handcrafted furniture pieces ship within 5-7 business days. Larger items requiring freight delivery may take 2-3 weeks depending on your location.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Avanti ships to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. We are working on expanding our logistics to support international orders soon.
What is your return policy for home decor?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original packaging. Please note that custom-made furniture and final sale items are non-refundable.
Are your materials sustainably sourced?
Yes, we prioritize sustainability by partnering with suppliers who use FSC-certified wood and eco-friendly textiles to ensure your home is as green as it is beautiful.
How can I track my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log into your Avanti account to view real-time updates on your delivery.
